Return Policy:
Returns or Exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions.
You must email before returning your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Returns must be mailed to us within 3 business days of return aproval.
A non-negotiable restocking fee will be charged to all refunds and exchanges.
Restocking fee for all lingerie items is the larger fee of $5.00 per return, or 10% of your total purchase.
Restocking fee for all Shoe items is a flat $10.00 per returned shoe or boot. Shoes and boots must be returned in their original shoe box. Mailing labels must not be directly affixed to original shoe box.
Because of Health regulations the following items can not be returned:
Panties, Thongs, Boxers, teddies, panty styled shapewear, packaged hosiery, packaged lingerie sets, wigs.
All clearance items are final sale items and are not returnable or exchangeable. All Clearance items begin with the letter "C".
Lingerie sets which include any type of panty may not be returned unless the panty has not been tried on and is still attached to the outfit.
Any garment which has pants such as pant suits or costumes with bottoms may not be returned.
Costumes purchased between November 5th through June 15th of each year may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Costumes purchased between June 16th and November 4th may only be returned for exchange. Absolutely no returns during this time period. Please note that all costumes which are teddy styled costumes or costume sets containing panties are not returnable for health reasons.
We truly regret that there must be so many restrictions on returns!! However, our customers demand New, Fresh, and Unworn merchandise. We could not offer this if we allowed returns without restrictions. We thank you for your understanding!!
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must have tags attached and must be in sellable condition. Items received scented with perfumes, detergents, or cigarette smoke odors are not re-sellable. Shoes with scuff marks on the soles are not re-sellable. Items received in these conditions will be returned to you and return or exchange will be denied.
All postage fees are your responsibility. Purchases which received free shipping may be charged for the original shipping charge when a full or partial refund is requested.
Obviously if I have made a mistake or you have received damaged merchandise an immediate return or exchange will be arranged.
We do not offer returns or exchanges to purchases made through our auctions on Ebay.
